APPOINMENTS & INTERVIEWS
Ven. Tenzin Kacho is available for appointments and interviews regarding meditation and Buddhist study for all students.  Appointment times must be made in advance for the following times:  before or after Thursday evening classes and on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.  Appointments will be for fifteen to thirty minutes.  Donations may be made to TSL.  You may make an appoinment by calling (719) 635-0692.

  Wednesday evenings are informal and an opportune place to bring questions and new friends interested in meditation. There is always a meditation and discussion period, some evenings we will focus on developing attention in meditation and others on visualization and compassion practice. 
   We will be working on cultivating attention and continuing practice on Chenresig meditation. Chenresig is the Buddha of Compassion. This practice incorporates recitation and visualization creating a conducive meditative focus.
   Cushions are provided.

Seven Point Thought Transformation and Tonglen Practice
Jan 16th-March 13, 2003

   Thursday evenings are study and discussion courses. We will begin the new year with the Seven Point Thought Transformation. This practice is excellent for cultivating bodhicitta, the compassionate mind with the intention to attain enlightenment for the benefit of all sentient beings. There will be a presentation in each class that will focus on one of the points of practice and will be followed by discussion and meditation.

Details for registration: Please indicate a first choice room preference and a second choice room preference. We need you name, address, email and phone number. To reserve your place, your deposit of $50.00, is due as soon as possible. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a packet of information. Your full payment is due no later than 1/2/03.

The number of retreatants is limited, so please make your commitment to the retreat as soon as possible. Based upon sleeping preferences and dana for a potential scholarship, we are offering a sliding scale of fees for the retreat.
